Lawsons were prompt and efficient in dispatching the order but were let down by Evri who took 9 days to deliver. Lawsons kindly sent me an Easiyo pack by 1st class post to tide me over until Evri got their finger out and delivered.

Recently managed to drop one of our Le Creuset mugs on a hard tile floor. Another suffered a slight crack to the lip. Both had been in constant use for a number of years. Hope these replacements last as well and as long. No doubt they will!

We bought the Varese Planters a while ago but, as usual with gardening, we found that we needed another one a d tried the previous suppliers but they had none so it was great the Lawsons had stock as if not it wouldn’t have marched the layout we spent so much on i the first place so thanks for bucking the trend of going for new types too frequently as return customers are far more likely to spend more with a supplier they trust. I definitely fo!

Was hoping it would have arrived a little quicker, but came on the sixth day after ordering, pleased to receive it and very well packaged thank you.
Had this Kettle a few weeks now and it has been lovely to use. If the spout was just a bit longer would have suited me better as I fill it up this way, but not a big problem. The handle at the side is much better to hold than my previous kettle where it went over the top. It also boils for longer than my previous one. Very nice kettle.

It cuts well but it is not a match for the 30 year old Kitchen Devil it was supposed to replace. Not your fault Lawsons that Kitchen Devil product not as good as the old one.
Would make are useful knife without the serrations. Not as useful as the 30 year old Kitchen Devil it was meant to replace.
It is just what I wanted . It clears the pond weed from my small pond.
