My parcel was 7 delivered by the carrier and your firm immediately shipped another which arrived promptly. Staff were very polite and efficient.
Unfortunately this makes no impression whatsoever on the biscuits and is, therefore, just a pretty piece of wood.
Order arrived well packaged and mugs were fine. The frying pan I ordered was a terrible product and I’m surprised it was stocked. I received a credit card refund but here was no communication from Lawsons at all.
