The first product I received (Salter mechanical kitchen timer) was faulty and did not work at all. This was not Lawsons' fault as it was packaged and unopened. I was very impressed with the way they recovered the situation : a working replacement (tested before despatch) was with me within 48 hours, no questions asked and no need to return the original.

Gorgeous Le Crueset mugs that were reasonably priced and arrived quickly after purchase. One out of the four unfortunately got broken in transit but I was offered a replacement without any quibble at all and it was shipped out to me via dpd next day delivery! Outstanding service!

I had looked at the duvet set for a while. The kingsize was all gone everywhere local to me. The order & delivery process was easy.Used Customer Services to follow up on the Hermes delivery & all fine. Love the design & colours in the duvet. Straight forward style material,so hopefully will wash fine.
