Service and delivery good kettle handle gets a bit to hot at times unlike my old kettle with a wooden handle. I am sure it is crafted better and looks good but to be honest i feel that one is paying a lot more for the name but I am unable to see the quality of kettle against my old one i confess it feel more solid. Just my thoughts.
