Very prompt and efficient
I’d had my previous Delfinware dish rack for a number of years and wanted to get an identical one to replace it, which this was. I’m very pleased with it but dropped a star because the photos indicate it comes with a cutlery rack, which it didn’t, whereas it was included when I bought it previously.
Fantastic product at a great price. The item was posted quickly when ordered, however there were issues with the delivery company, who claimed to have delivered my order whilst I was at home. No parcel was received. I raised this with the courier and as a matter of courtesy only made Lawsons aware. Lawsons replied quickly, took the matter up with the courier and assured me a replacement would be sent if the matter was not resolved. 3 days later the courier delivered my original parcel, no explanation or reason given. The decanter itself was great and very well packaged. I can’t praise Lawsons highly enough, their customer service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.
