I have used Lawsons during Lockdown and their service has been excellent. When I accidentally ordered the wrong sized replacement coffee carafe, it was quickly sorted out and the correct carafe was delivered to the door. Absolutely fantastic service!

Excellent quality from Brabantia as always. There products have never let me down or left me disappointed.
This has been my eight purchase of this mouse trap and after one overnight use the mouse has been trapped successfully BUT. The clear plastic trap release inside is of such poor quality the mouse has eaten through it rendering the product useless and a total waste of money. For such an expensive product I would have expected longevity. I am now left with 8 excellent quality empty tubes. the inner release needs to be made of stronger material. I am most disappointed that a minor but vital component lets down one of the best designed mouse traps on the market. However I cannot fault the service of Lawsons.

The quality of the mixer looks and feels much better than I was expecting for the price. The whole things is very heavy (especially the glass blender jug), and it does take up a considerable amount of space, but I was expecting that because I wanted a mixer with a decent capacity for larger cake mixtures, which this has. It is also very loud, but again, I was expecting that because it has a fairly strong motor. I've only used twice so far, but with good results. Excited to see how it handles over the longer term.
I searched high and low for wrendale cups and saucers and absolutely nobody had them in stock apart from Lawsons! New shop for me and will be first place I look in the future. Well packed items and quick considering the circumstances. Thank you x
