I did have occasion to contact customer services about an issue (which turned out to be completely my fault) and everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was emailed on the product was in stock, went to Ivybridge and collected the item. All very COVID safe and secure. It is great to be able to support an excellent local business, rather than shopping at Amazon.

The stove is really pretty and was delivered quickly. The box was a bit bashed but the stove was fine. Sadly the cords is a bit too short to reach a socket near my fireplace and it advises not to use an extension cable so.....dilemma...I had forgotten how noisy a fan heater can be but that’s a personal thing. It gives me an extra wee boost of heat in my bedroom when I need it.... if I risk the extension...
