Order arrived on time but unfortunately it was not anything like what was ordered. Sent an email, no response after a week, sent another email to a different address, no response after 3/4 days. Left several phone messages and again no response. Eventually rang the shop in Devon and a kind lady put me through to a lady called Becky who was most apologetic and corrected everything and it arrived the next day. Thanks Becky, you singlehandedly saved your companies reputation and may well order some products in the future. The actual products and yogurt maker are all very good.

This is a replacement for a knife we had lost, so we knew how good it was. I could not find it locally so was pleased to find you on line. Very impressed by what I se of your shop and your approach, especially the use of recycled packaging. It does not need to be beautiful or over-wrapped!
