Easy ordering system on line . Prompt delivery . Good price .
Unfortunately I can't comment on the item as it was bought as a gift but I was very impressed by the service from Lawsons. Item was well packaged and sent very quickly. I was very happy
I received the item within a few days of order. It was extremely well packed. I am very happy with the service.
This duster works perfectly, collecting dust from every surface. The extending handle is a bonus for those of short stature.
Works well as directed and should serve us well for years to come
Order arrived on time but unfortunately it was not anything like what was ordered. Sent an email, no response after a week, sent another email to a different address, no response after 3/4 days. Left several phone messages and again no response. Eventually rang the shop in Devon and a kind lady put me through to a lady called Becky who was most apologetic and corrected everything and it arrived the next day. Thanks Becky, you singlehandedly saved your companies reputation and may well order some products in the future. The actual products and yogurt maker are all very good.

Kuhn Rikon make excellent kitchen equipment. The replacement gasket is excellent too. Very pleased with it.
Excellent service, very fast delivery.
This is a replacement for a knife we had lost, so we knew how good it was. I could not find it locally so was pleased to find you on line. Very impressed by what I se of your shop and your approach, especially the use of recycled packaging. It does not need to be beautiful or over-wrapped!
This is a replacement jar and is exactly the same as my original so is perfect for my yogurt making
prompt delivery
Best soft brush I've bought...not many like it around
I have used this product for a few years and it works really well in keeping my plug holes sanitised and fresh. Wouldn't be without it.
Good service - an item I ordered was not available - but I received a call to let me know and was offered an alternative. Really love Easiyo yogurt.
Having received my order very promptly & packaged beautifully I was very disappointed to find I had received a 1 pt jug instead of a 0.5 pt jug as ordered. I contacted customer services twice, I rang and left a message too and am still awaiting a response. Very very poor. Certainly won't use Lawsons again.
Great service
Always stock up on my HG Steel polish. Makes my stainless steel sink look as good as new.
