Chills:
The ChillCore will actively chill warm bottles of wine in 15 minutes keeping them cool for up to 2 hours whilst remaining in the bottle. Can be used on any size bottle including traditional, screw cap & flanged neck. Can be stored in the freezer until required. The gel inside the stainless steel rod is non-toxic & FDA approved, manufactured with high quality materials.
Pours:

If you are not able to consume a whole bottle of wine, the ChillCore 3 in 1 system has a unique rubber seal stopper to keep your opened bottle of wine fresh for at least 48 hours. Can be stored upright in the fridge until required. The ChillCore comes pre-packed in a full colour gift box.

In order to bring a better delivery experience, we have teamed up with our couriers enabling our customers to have more control over their deliveries.
Our couriers offer interactive delivery options. Once your order has been handed over to them, they will send you an email or text to inform you when they plan to deliver your parcel. If this is not a convenient time, you will be able reschedule the delivery for a different day or to a different address such as a neighbour or a post office.
All customers will be kept up to date with the progress of their delivery and will be notified either by email or SMS on the day of dispatch, on the day of delivery and with a pre-delivery notification advising of their one hour delivery slot.

All we ask is that your item is returned to us in an unused, undamaged re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. Simply contact us either by email or phone before returning your item to let us know your intentions, and return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Unauthorised returns (those that we have not been made aware of) will not be processed.
We recommend you use the original packaging and a tracked service to send your order back to us, and that you pack your item securely. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you if it arrives back to us broken.
Please note that returns for undamaged/ not faulty items are sent at your own cost and our delivery charges unfortunately cannot be refunded.
