My wife had seen this duvet cover set in Suffolk where we live but couldn't get the size she wanted. A look on-line found that Lawsons had it in stock. Devon to Suffolk seemed extreme for a duvet set but we ordered it and was very pleased not only to get a very quick confirmation but also quick delivery. I would have found it easier if it had been clearer on the website that when ordering online that could include collect from store. But a helpful phone conversation solved that. We had good customer service with our defaulted product and recent click and collect.
