Speedy delivery
Gorgeous Le Crueset mugs that were reasonably priced and arrived quickly after purchase. One out of the four unfortunately got broken in transit but I was offered a replacement without any quibble at all and it was shipped out to me via dpd next day delivery! Outstanding service!
Arrived when it should, and was contacted by email and a phone call. Excellent service, as always with Lawsons Tavistock
Was suitable for the purpose, click and collect worked really well too.
I had looked at the duvet set for a while. The kingsize was all gone everywhere local to me. The order & delivery process was easy.Used Customer Services to follow up on the Hermes delivery & all fine. Love the design & colours in the duvet. Straight forward style material,so hopefully will wash fine.
Table mats arrived quickly and were well packaged - liked the use of recycled packaging.
Thank you
Been using this product for years. Great for hand washing, even good for cleaning marks off carpets etc.

Bought these as replacements for ones I accidentally smashed- they're cute and great for my morning espresso!

The cans of spot remover came in the post within a few days. The wrapping around the cannister took quite a few minutes to remove
The product is quite effective in dealing with stains on our light carpet.
Product as described. Needs a few coats for an impact and colour as expected.
Prompt delivery. Very satisfied. Good shopping experience online.
Purchased a Kitchen Devil paring knife as a replacement for a 20 year one that got lost. Lawsons were the only stockist of this particular knife. Very pleased with both the product and Lawsons value for money and customer service
I was amazed at how well the product was packed. The plates matched the description online.
