Despite a perfectly understandable inventory error, the customer service lady (Sophie) was exceptionally helpful in making sure my order arrived in time for Xmas and problem followed up proactively without any hassle. I couldn't ask and didn't expect to receive such caring attention to my order, thank you VERY much.
Very fast and brilliant service
The knives were of excellent quality and well packaged. Unfortunately delivery advice and tracking were inaccurate and the product was not delivered as expected. However can be put down to Christmas courier delay but if your company pays for 24hour delivery you should expect it or at least your courier should advise customer.
As another reviewer said, it kept my existing lights going instead of having to replace the whole lot - not very eco friendly. Service was remarkably fast, especially just before Christmas. Only reservation is that the bulb connection is slightly smaller than the originals and disappears inside the bulb holder. It might prove difficult to remove bulbs in the future. However, they work fine in the meantime.

Ordered, boom, delivered. Worked a treat. Just wish I still had a gwood burner as the wood "shavings" packing was ideal kindling too.
