Ben and his wife Francesca opened the Greedy Goose at The Prysten House, Plymouth in November 2014, and the restaurant was awarded 2 AA Rosettes just 5 weeks later.
Offering modern, modest and flavoursome dishes in a relaxed setting, they’ve continued to gain awards and accolades ever since including Taste of the West Gold in 2015.
Ben is also executive chef at Glazebrook House boutique hotel, and was formerly head chef at The Barbican Kitchen. He was a quarter-finalist in MasterChef: The Professionals in 2011.
