Brett became chef proprietor of Austell’s restaurant in 2007, and within 6 months of opening had gained 2 AA Rosettes and was listed in the Michelin guide. He proudly features locally-sourced ingredients in his modern British menus.
Prior to running Austell’s, Brett worked at some of the most prestigious establishments in London, including the Waldorf, the Ivy, Le Caprice, J Sheekey, and the Four Seasons with Jean Christophe Novelli.
In his spare time Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, cycling, swimming and taking in the Cornish coast – when he has time!
