Davin has worked at some of the best-known restaurants in the Plymouth area, including Barbican Kitchen, Steve's Brasserie, the Duke of Cornwall Hotel and The Moorland Garden Hotel.

He won the 2014 finals of the Cornwall’s Next Head Chef competition, and got an award from Fish2Fork for using sustainable local fish.

Davin joined the Three Crowns as head chef in early 2016 and is delighting customers with classic dishes using local Dartmoor produce.
