Flavour Fest presents: Jon Denley, Column Bakehouse

Jon is chef manager at Column Bakehouse, which opened in the old mortuary space at Devonport Guildhall in 2013. Within a year they won Best Local Product in the Food Plymouth awards.

Discover Column Bakehouse specialises in sourdough and artisan breads, produced using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and baked in-house. They're a social enterprise, reinvesting all profits into providing more opportunities for local people – by way of apprenticeships, jobs and opportunities to gain experience.
