Peter is an award-winning Master Chef of Great Britain and one of Devon’s finest chefs. He began his career at the age of 16 and trained at some of the best restaurants in Britain and around the world.
He gained a Michelin star as chef/proprietor of The Horn of Plenty in Devon. His other establishments include Carved Angel restaurants and cafés across the South West, and Gorton’s Restaurant in Tavistock.
Peter is now head of JTJ Hospitality division and founder of the Academy Kitchen running traineeships throughout the UK.
He is also a Consultant Chef working with many hotels and restaurants, and has written two books: An Invitation to Cook and Devon Food Heroes.
